G27here. In my opinion this game dont feel great with G27. After a g27 replace due a hot encoder issue with a previous F1 codemasters chapter, I try to dont stress the wheel with a huge FFB gain value. If I raise these value, the wheel has too much strong peak of force. But with these value the wheel is mostly weak. Thesecond is to fiddle with the steering degrees of the cars you like so to feel comfortable with them. I think you are mixing linearity and 1:1. 1:1 is a ratio between your steering input and how much the wheels turn. In essence 1:1, 1:2, 1:8; 1:20 are all linear but 1:1 is super super fast whereas 1:14 is slower. G27is just better set up for racing without all that garbage on your wheel. but it lacks the smoothness the G29 has in its ffb I found anyways Reply reply Karl Gosling has a video where he explains this, I think its his Assetto Corsa G29 settings video. Basically you need to up or lower minimum force feedback.
Ingeneral, I was getting a flat feeling in all of them. Assetto Corsa's feedbacks are good. I was using the Lut I created with the Wheelchecker application before. It was good. But we are always looking for a slightly better driving experience. I applied the Lut settings you suggested (50% gain) and my experience was a separate pleasure.
Thissetting, affects how heavy your racing wheel is in the F1 2020 game. It adds a dampening effect to the force feedback, making your wheel heavier to turn. Unlike road cars, which can have heavy wheel damping, F1 cars have very good power steering. This makes the steering wheel rather light and easy to turn.

I tell the system its a wheel then use speed sensitivity to get it right. Problem in assetto corsa competizione is you cant use speed sensitivity with a wheel. #10.
