Right click on "Unknown Device" and select Update Driver, the select the browse my computer. Select C:/Program Files/Bowers & Wilkins/MM-1 Programmer. A dialogue box will pop up. Select the option to install the unsigned driver. Next, run the MM-1 Programmer and follow the prompts to upgrade the firmware and install the speakers.
Close down all applications that are open on the device running the Music app (including the Bowers & Wilkins Music app), and then turn that device completely off and then on again. It is possible that the Zeppelin is not being found due to wireless interference from other nearby devices or applications.
